Berserk Manga Chapter 40
In Berserk manga chapter 40, Griffith remains imprisoned and continues to endure brutal torture while his Beherit is taken from him by the torturer. At the same time, the Midland army tricks the Band of the Hawk into gathering outside Wyndham and launches a sudden attack on them. Casca quickly takes command as the Hawks realize they have been betrayed and surrounded. The chapter ends with Griffith’s Beherit falling into the sewer, seemingly lost, while his dream appears to be completely destroyed.
