Berserk Manga Chapter 155
In chapter 155, Casca remains unconscious inside the mass of blood while the Demon Child stays close to her. Mozgus refuses to retreat and welcomes the mysterious creature as a test from God, but the Egg of the Perfect World suddenly attacks him and his disciples with its tendrils. Elsewhere, Jerome, Isidro, Luca and Nina try to escape the Tower, only to find the blood blocking both sides of their path. Just as they are trapped, the blood becomes strangely transparent and a powerful burst of fire destroys it. The Demon Child diverts the flames away from Casca, allowing her to survive. Mozgus then finds Casca and believes the flames have given him a divine miracle, even though he has actually been transformed by the Egg. He decides to burn Casca as a heretic, while one of his transformed disciples attacks Jerome, Luca, Isidro and Nina. During the chaos, part of the Tower collapses, and Luca is nearly thrown from the edge. At the same time, the Skull Knight appears on the roof and confronts the mysterious Egg, while Guts, Puck and Farnese race upward through the Tower.
