Berserk Manga Chapter 201
In chapter 201, Flora explains to Guts that trolls come from the Astral World and that the mortal and Astral worlds overlap. She also reveals that she is too old to fight them herself, so Schierke will go to Enoch Village to help. Guts initially refuses to join, but Flora offers him a talisman that can protect him and Casca from the evil spirits attracted by their Brands. Because of this, Guts agrees to help Schierke. Later, Flora and Schierke explain the three layers of existence—the mortal world, the Astral World, and the deeper World of Ideas—and how the Interstice connects the first two.
